June 5th will be our annual Memorial Sunday. We take time in our worship to honor and recognize those that have been laid to rest in the Deep River Friends Meeting cemetery.

A reminder that on May 17th our Fellowship Hall will be occupied most of the day as a polling center for local elections.

There will be a bin in the front pew is for collecting items for care packs for those in need. The children will be assembling these packs as a mission project.

Missions Committee is offering scholarships to kids for Quaker Lake this year. Please contact Kat Smith at 484-883-5506 if you are interested.

We need volunteers for the May 5th slot to serve at Open Door Ministries. We are asking those of the meeting that feel led to select a date from the signupgenius link below to prepare the the meal at Open Door.

If you have a graduating student from high school, college or graduate school, please e-mail Stephanie Edgerton-Dean ([email protected]) to let her know the student’s name, high school name and/or college/graduate school name — along with the degree and discipline they will be completing.

On Sunday, April 24th immediately after the worship service we will begin “A Reflective Journey with Deep River Friends Meeting.

Quaker Men will hold their April meeting on Sunday, April 24th at 7:30AM.

Quaker Women will hold their April meeting on Thursday, 4/21/22 at 7 pm in the fellowship hall.
