This page contains minutes written by Deep River Friends as well as other Friends groups and individuals about issues of concern. Friends write these minutes when an individual or group of Friends is lead by Spirit to speak to an issue in our world, usually some kind of injustice or urgent need. Friends take time to discern the calling from Spirit to find unity with one another and craft a minute to share with those involved in the issue to give our support and those in positions of authority who can help bring the resolutions Friends seek.
All minutes on this page will show a date approved by Deep River Friends Meeting if they originated from our Meeting or they will have an affirmed date if they are from another Friend or Friends and Deep River supports their statement or call to action.
