This Thursday, Sept. 27, there will be a Red Cross Blood Drive at Deep River Friends Meeting from 2-6:30 p.m.

The North Carolina Quaker Men Fall Banquet will be Sept. 24 at 6 p.m. at Asheboro Friends Meeting in Asheboro, NC.

We have open dates to serve dinner at Leslie’s House: Tuesday, October 9th, November 13th & December 11th.

Sunday, October 7, is “World Quaker Day”. For the whole month of October, we will be highlighting various aspects of our Quaker faith and story.

The North Carolina Quaker Men Fall Banquet will be held on Monday, September 24th, at Asheboro Friends Meeting beginning at 6p.m.

On Saturday, September 22, from 10:30 AM – 3:00p.m., Deep River Friends will be hosting an event in conjunction with National Drive Electric Week.

This Friday (Aug. 24) the Couple’s Tune-Up group will be going to the Grasshopper’s game.

The yearly CROP Walk for Hunger will be held on September 23rd. This year it will start at Wesley Memorial UMC at 3 p.m.

The Deep River Quaker Women will be holding a shower for Leah Kemp on Sunday, September 23 in the Fellowship Hall.
