January Family Night

Special Guest “Harriet Tubman” join us for snacks and drinks while we listen to a lady that will take us back in time to learn more about this amazing person. It will be held January 31 at 6 p.m.

Founders Day

Celebrating 150 years in the same Meeting House and 272 years of worshiping with the community. Deep River Friends Meeting will host its annual Founders Day celebration on November 2nd, 2025. This marks another historic milestone for our Meeting and we are pleased to have Benjamin Briggs the President and CEO of Preservation North Carolina joining us as our special guest speaker. Scholarship Applications

If you are a college student and would like to apply for a scholarship from the Deep River Scholarship Fund, please contact Sloan Dodson at sloan-dodson22@gmail.com or call 336-802-7969. Applications are due by August 29.

Family Night & Ice Cream Social

Make plans to attend our Family Night on Saturday, August 16th at 7 PM. David Allen will be giving us important information on safe online practices. If you can bring ice cream, toppings or another treat let Mary Ann Cherry know.
